Equipping Industry with Skilled In-House Training Support

ForestWorks are pleased to advise that expressions of interest are now open for a new workplace-based trainer program designed and delivered by TAFE Gippsland, under the Australian Government’s Forestry Workforce Training Program (FWTP).

This program supports the development of in-house training capability across the forestry and timber industries. It is designed for experienced workers who are passionate about sharing their expertise and contributing to workforce capability within their organisations. The program helps them gain the confidence, tools and support needed to deliver on-the-job training alongside a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

We especially encourage expressions of interest from women, First Nations workers, those transitioning towards retirement, and others who are ready to step into a training role.
