Versace Timbers Recognised with FTMA 2026 Community Award

Versace Timbers has been honoured with the 2026 FTMA Community Award, recognising the company’s longstanding commitment to supporting the community and making a meaningful impact beyond business.

Presented at the FTMA Industry Awards, the Community Award celebrates businesses that understand success is measured not only by growth and performance, but by the positive difference they make in the lives of others. The award acknowledges organisations that invest in people, champion important causes and demonstrate leadership through generosity, advocacy and community involvement.

For more than 14 years, Versace Timbers has shown exactly what that commitment looks like.
Driven by a passion for supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, the business has dedicated itself to raising awareness and vital funds for prostate cancer research, education and support services for individuals and families affected by the disease.

What began as a community fundraising initiative has grown into one of the industry’s most respected annual charity events. Versace Timbers’ charity golf day now brings together customers, suppliers, industry peers and friends each year, united by a shared desire to support an important cause.
Through remarkable consistency and dedication, the company’s fundraising efforts have contributed more than $180,000 over the years, including more than $19,000 raised in the past 12 months alone.

Beyond the financial contribution, Versace Timbers has helped foster important conversations around men’s health and wellbeing within both the industry and the wider community. Their efforts have encouraged greater awareness, stronger connections and a genuine sense of support across the sector.
The award was accepted on the night by an emotional Graham Leddy, Director of Versace Timbers, who spoke proudly about the people behind the success of the fundraising efforts.

In typical Graham fashion, he was quick to shine the spotlight on his team, acknowledging devoted staff member Jenni Day as the driving force behind the annual golf day and fundraising initiatives.
It was a fitting reflection of the culture at Versace Timbers; humble, community-minded and deeply committed to supporting others.
